Agree the scope honestly
A refresh and a full gut are very different jobs and prices. We'll tell you which one you actually need.

Order everything before demo starts
Nothing extends a bathroom project like waiting on a vanity. Materials land before the room comes apart.

Waterproof properly
Backer board and a real waterproofing layer in the wet areas. It's invisible when finished and it's the part that determines whether the room lasts.

Finish the details
Trim, caulk, hardware and touch-ups. The last five percent is what the room gets judged on.
Questions worth asking
- How long will I be without the bathroom?
- A refresh is usually under a week. A full remodel is longer and depends on materials. If it's your only bathroom, tell us — it changes how we sequence the work.
- Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
- Moving plumbing or adding circuits needs licensed trades, and we bring those in. Swapping fixtures on existing connections we do ourselves.
- Can we keep the layout?
- Keeping the layout is far cheaper, because moving drains and supply lines is most of the cost. A lot of bathrooms look completely different without anything moving.

Every job is priced on its own. Text or email a photo of what you're looking at and we can usually give you a number without coming out — for bigger jobs we'll come and see it properly first.
You get the price before we start, not after.
